Does anyone have thoughts that won't stop when anxiety is up?

I do, usually it’s “I’ll never amount to anything”or “this is the worst thing that’s ever happened and I’ll never recover” or “ I will never get better, I’ll just always be this.”

I also have pain in back, hips ribs. It's from anxiety I think. I don't have conversations with my family because they don't want to talk to me because of anxiety and meds.
