Ok here is my fear ...

i havent discussed this fear with anyone else i dont know how it formed but i find myself manytimes thinking of the world ending and no escape from it , like a nuclear war for which im very scared as im in asia and north korea is always giving threats . or like earthquake that is predicted to happen somewhere before 2050 , my main concern is that what will i do when i will see the world ending or people getting killed in front of my eyes like a war , i know i cant do anything now but , i feel really alone with this fear

Hi when we are anxious we start to focus on other things going on in the world.we can then start to worry about things we see on the news and focus on things that we would not normally worry about.this constant fear is anxiety have you spoken about your fears with your doctor ?

You need to make appointment with your doctor and tell him/her how you are feeling and what you are working about ,they can then help you.

Your never alone. I am scared of this along with many many other things. I take antidepressants and I have an appointment with a psychiatrist soon to talk about my issues. Maybe you should talk to a psychiatrist about these issues, might help.
