Cant sleep

Hello all been doing well & feeling ok until the last day my sinus been bothering me & now it has my neck sore😩 so now anxiety tells me its something else & now i walk the fl. Google sinus & i know that i shouldnt but by now who listens to voice of reasoning with anxiety when its in over drive i feel myself calming down because the voice of reasoning tells me you been here before & done this why am i allowing my thoughts to control me. Probably bc i was sleeping so good until the thoughts say how can you sleep when you dont know whats wrong with your neck 😩! But i do Oh anxiety anxiety pls Go away!
