Yeah, heart disease is a trigger for my attacks too. Im just working on trying to NOT google all my symptoms because it only makes things worse.

Yu will get passed this attack. Worst case scenario, viit the ER if yu find thats the only way to have a peace of mind.

Its a part of yur anxiety, lucky for us, physical symptoms are as strong as the mental stress. I get heart flutters, dizzy, and sometimes throw up. I go to the doctors alot too ans hear the same results, ive even had multiple opinions. But I do still go, better safe than sorry I guess. Lol. It sucks, it really does. I cant explain it, im no professional. But it does feel good to talk about it.

You know when you light a nice bonfire and the flames have settled down to a nice glowing ember? Well what happens when you chuck a whole lot of kindling on top? Whoosh up it goes!! THAT is what you are doing to yourself with anxiety and freaking out at every little blip. The doctors have told you that there is nothing wrong. JUST BELIEVE THEM!!!!!! It's their job. It's what they have spent 7 years learning about. Stop going to the ER and wasting their time. Go to see a psychologist or counsellor and get some advice on how you can calm your mind. Do some meditation. Go for a run so your heart beats really fast and you get used to that feeling. And as for staying awake just in case you don't wake up, half your problems would disappear if you got deep restorative sleep. Stop "what if" and start "so what". And start listening to the very wise people on this forum who are offering you so many solutions none of which you seem to take on board. Read Claire Weekes. Read DARE by Barry McDonagh. Read "At Last A Life" by Paul David. There is so much information and advice here and you are ignoring it.

You have to let go of your fear. Its nothing more than anxiety. See if you can give your fears to God. After all, we don't control anything.
