Does anyone feel like your heads got a lot going on in it but your not actually thinking about anything, iv been feeling a little like I’m not myself n feel down I’m not sure why? Feel like I’m stuck in a bubble at the moment. I haven’t gone out the last couple days maybe that’s the reason.

Hi Antony. It is common to have those feelings with anxiety. That is my first indicator that im anxious when my brain doesnt stop. Or when i have unexpected negative thoughts. I think getting out of your house would greatly help. Change the frequency and engage in an activity like walking in the park, swim, or just visit a friend. A change of pace alot of times does help to diffuse anxiety. As far as your head goes try meditating to slow your mind down.
