I've recently been diagnosed with GAD & I am having all the symptoms of a heart attack, it's been going on for over a week, any advice?

Have you been seen by a doctor ? If you have and are given a clean bill of health - it’s the anxiety doing it ! It can be very tricky so don’t let it fool you! Keep repeating in your mind “I am OK it’s just stupid anxiety “ and it should leave you ! If you focus on it - it will drag you down! Put that fear fire OUT!! 💦 🔥

Yes I have seen multiple doctors. I've had a ekg and a heart monitor done and a blood test all good. I don't have heart disease or anything heart related in my family and I don't have high blood pressure.
