Anxiety and weird feeling in arm

I had a bad day at work came home thought I was ok then I get anxious and my arm feels weak like a little numb. I get this sometimes but it freaks me out. I'm worried something's wrong. :/ I can't calm down . I'm afraid of strokes and all

Numb hands are a symptom of anxiety. You also said you had a bad day and got anxious, so it's normal to feel upset after that and have symptoms of anxiety, in this case it's the numbness.

You could try reminding yourself that you have gotten this feeling before and it always turned out ok, so it's probably just anxiety and nothing serious.

I used to have a lot of numbness on arms and legs, nowadays I have a bit of numbness with legs when sitting or laying down. It used to bother me too, but I've had a head ct scan and heart checks, and I was told I'm fine so now I'm not worried about it.

It's best to get checked by a doctor if you can, and it'll probably help alleviate the symptoms. I hope you feel better soon.
