Has anyone ever had an odd stiffness in their legs and or rest of the body while walking?

It didn’t last long and guess I was a bit stressed in the car before getting out because I was thinking about a lot relating to anxiety. It just felt odd. But I’m guessing my body was just a bit tense

Yes, I have had this, mainly because I have a lot of muscle tension in my back for so long , I feel it in my arms and legs now.

But I keep on walking and have just started yoga.

I don't get it all the time, but when I get it it's quite worrying and weird and of course worfhing makes it worse.
