Is it just anxiety?

Does anyone wake up really startled just before they're ready to fall asleep with a racing heart and almost a feeling of adrenaline that hits hard in their gut , really hard, followed by a racing heart that's really scary how fast it's beating can anyone else relate to this?

I have been like this for a week now n its very stressful even the sound of a door banging or unexpected noise makes me feel like this. Anxiety kicking my ass right now! Xxx
