Can you get anxiety from working out? such as head sensations or dizziness?

It has not happened with all workouts but I feel like I am doing it to myself when I think of a certain time I felt weird sensations during specific workouts then it would happen again. But its not like im not able to workout at all. I am still getting over a couple of induced stressful weeks.

Hard to describe. But I believe it’s all in my mind but I guess maybe an off-balance/heavy feel in the arms when moving the weights up. BUT it wasn’t all the time. Plus I just did a shoulder and arm video, that consisted of fast motions and I was fine. I think my body has reduced a lot of stress from the last time I did the workouts

LOL OMG, the baine of my existence.

My creepiest anxieties, came in when I worked out.

I was vigilant, worked out 6 days a week, and then one day, poof I got a freaky, creepy anxiety attack that left me, woozie, ice cold nose, (wth) shaky, and on and on...................who knows if it was "low blood sugar", or what, but I sidelined myself.......... because of that ONE freakin incident........lame, right?

Just push through i started working out and felt anxiety and wantrd to stop so bad but everyday i pushed through and it got a little easier.

Thank you, I really appreciate the advice. And I’ve honestly have been pushing through, which has been helping out a lot. I’m just wanting my left over stress symptoms to finally subdue. And they are starting to fade.
