Negative thoughts
Dear Anon9621,
I am sorry to read that you might be suffering from negative thoughts.
I am kind off apprehensive about recommending something since i am not an expert on negative thoughts. The thing that comes to mind is:
1. writing your negative thoughts in a diary.
i hope that this is useful.
warmest regards,
Marcus
best thing to do is just distract yourself from negative thoughts by doing some housework or an activity you like.
Practice mindfulness, you have to work at it but it is very helpful.
Fill your thoughts with positive ones instead. Hypnotherapy is very helpful with that.
Best of luck
Yes, you have to fill your mind with positive thoughts. Whatever is lovely, if there is any virtue, anything worthy of praise think on these things. Those negative thoughts may slip through but then you put in the thoughts you want. A good experience you may have had, positive thoughts about how you want your future to be. Change a negative experience to a positive one in your thoughts. Have a Godly imagination. Again, they say it takes 21 days to change a bad habit. I have found it can take much longer, it takes effort and determination never worrying about momentary failures because it is not a failure until you give up. God bless.
I have negative thoughts all the time. I can relate to your feelings. It's overcome or turned around by relaxing your mind, if possible. I know it gets tricky because so much goes on in your mind. But if you can find a way to shut your method of thinking down for a minute or two it will help. Listen to a favorite song or any kind of music you enjoy. Close your eyes and let your mind go blank. Start listening to your track and give yourself a minute to relax. By doing this it will change your train of thought, hopefully changing your mood and washing those thoughts away. If not, message me and I will chat with you and do my best to put a smile on your face.
Sending positive vibes and thoughts your way,
Joe
