I'm curious and wanted to know cause I have experience this before. Pretty scary. Is it related to anxiety or something to do with the ears/tension?

Thanks, Deanna💜

Deanna, I think it's to do with the inner ear, maybe connected with anxiety, sometimes I can hear my heartbeat in my ears, I can hear it now, it doesn't bother me, it's called pulsile tinnitus, but if your hearing is o.k. and it's not causing pain or keeping you awake then I would say don't worry about it and it could just go away. If it gets worse or worries you go see a doctor for reassurance.
