Does anyone else feel as if their about to faint just before they have a panic attack? I'm having a panic attack whilst typing I've calmed down a little bit by doing my breathing techniques but I just feel so lightheaded and dizzy as if I'm about to faint...

Does anyone else feel like this?

Yes this is common, I used to feel that way. You are doing right with your breathing. Make sure they are deep breaths not big breaths. Deep breaths make your stomach fill out while your chest stays still.

Persevere, remember no anxiety or panic attack ever hurt you!

Horrible, frightening etc, but none has hurt you.
