Powerful explanation of Anxiety

I just watched the most powerful and moving video explaining anxiety that I've ever seen. It's a TEDx video by Steven Zanella and he honestly talks about his anxiety through out his life. I completely relate to everything he explains in his video... in fact, I cried for 20 minutes after the video ended. Please check it out and let me know what you think of it... it is truly powerful:
