Hi Aamir147147. I get the pains on the left side of my chest as well. I have had ekg's and an ecg done not so long ago everything was good. The doctor told me I suffer from acid reflux and the pains on my left side ate sometimes accompanied by gas. Have they tested you for gastrointestinal probelms?
I did an endoscopy which they told was clear .... not any kind of problem ... I am messed up why one thing disappeares and another comes in ... strange
Then if there isn't anything physically wrong these can be symptoms of anxiety. It gives many different symptoms . When I get them I always feel and think I have something terribly wrong with me and then all tests come out good.
I have suffered with the same symptoms a few years now with no explanation or anything come back from tests also so I canβt shed any light in the same position
