Hello Guys please i really need help as i am suffering from constant pains in my upper stomach and like lower esophaugus pain ... i feel pressure in my chest an pain radiating from lower esophaugus to upper stomach ... its constant and really annoying ... it all started with the nasuea . For teo days i had on and off nasuea but then one evening before a week i felt pain in my upper stomach ... i went to gastro ... who gave me osemaprazle 40 mg and a syrup which i guess is for ulcers .... as i had been suffering from ibs before 6 months ago could be even a cause of ibs .... i am confused .. now i dont have nasuea or did not had any vomiting just this pain in my chest in the middle of my chest ...can any one tell me what could be the cause ... i think the cancer within my body or my food pipe or stomach is causing it .... any one suffering from this thing too...

Hiya...please don't panic i have the same pain daily sort of behind my chestbone...doctor said it was acid reflux.....i was given stronger tablets of lazomapole which has helped alot...but I find when I'm stressed or anxious it cones back tbis is because your body produces more acid....also make a note of food that can make it worse

I noticed this pains and after burping it would go..but then it woukd cone back again also i noticed after burping i would bring some food back up to my throat....the meds take a while to kick in as well I've noticed mine aboit 5 weeks ago the doctor said about going for a endoscopy but it would only be for my reassurance
I’ve got the same problem I vomited every day is like the stomach don’t except my food and I went to do a fluoroscopy yesterday just waiting for Results on Monday
I didnt vomit but this annoying pain and mild nasuea .... did you vomit from the day one after you ache started

I have all the symptoms that you have got and Even the sleeping problems from the starting because I don’t know what was going on and how to control it that’s what made it worse when you worry and stress because that lead to severe anxiety and I can make it worse just go to the GP get an appointment for the hospital to check your stomach out don’t panic and don’t worry the less you do that you will be fine
And don’t eat three hours before you sleep because I can make your stomach worse and sleeping problem worse

Have you loss of appetite ..or do you feel full quickly after eating
Yes I have a loss of appetite and I feel quickly full when I eat but now I’m Having very small bowl meals three times a day and thank God I’m a bit fine

I’ve been dealing with this since last November but Getting it sorted out now from the GP and the hospital
..My appetite is good ... and i feel more hunger pains sometimes after this ache in my stomach
Hi Aamir147147, of course only your GI doctor knows for sure what is going on and seems to be addressing the issue. What came to mind as I was reading about your stomach/chest pain and discomfort is....Where you taking lots of pain reliever medications for your headaches more recently? It may have caused some irritation to the esophagus and upper lining of the stomach. But again, it's the GI man who needs to monitor this. Keeping anxiety down *if that's a possibility for you, is important because the more anxious you are, the more acidic acid is produced which can cause severe chest pain as well. Nsaid drugs can be also the cause i used to have for headaches
Definitely Aamir. With chronic use, it can be very irritating to the stomach and esophagus and eventually not even work anymore. Are the headaches still on a daily basis?
No my headaches have reduced to about 90% .... now this stomach ache is irritating me
I'm sorry to hear you continue to have headaches but am glad they have been reduced some. Sometimes one medical issue hinges onto another. it's not uncommon. I hope you continue seeking help from your doctors. We will support you the best we can emotionally. Chronic pain is wearing.
Agora almost my headaches are gone and mostly i dont even feel my headaches... just this stomach aches
Oh that's great I took it as 90% still there with headaches, only 10% gone. That's wonderful, one less thing to contend with. How's the anxiety still high??
Yes now i am scared about my stomach
I know, I can understand however remind yourself that you aren't just ignoring it. You are in good hands with a GI doc.

It’s an stomach ulcer I had endoscopy but Didn’t fancy a wire down my throat so I did a fluoroscopy instead that was less painful but better

Most likely it’s an ulcer going to get my results on Monday hopefully but controlling yours step one don’t worry and stress too much because I can make the stomach react worse step to Tony at three hours before you go to sleep and step three is eat little meals as possible and drink plenty of water a day I drink 3.5 Litres a day

But the more you stress the more you worry about your problems they going to get worse because anxiety is a motherfucker and when that kicks in with the problems you already got it gets 10 times worse Just go to your GP and book a hospital appointment to check u out that Should put your mind at ease learn from experience because I know you’re going through

Did you had upcer or you yet think its an ulcer??? And what do you mean by (tony)before 3 hours before meal
Don’t eat three hours before you go to sleep and you Sounds like you’re worried and stressed already that’s a bad sign for your stomach

Do you feel weak in the legs when you walk and have a dizzy headache spell
I had an headache for about 3 months which almost subsided after this stomach ache ... no i never felt weakness or dizzy
