Anxiety attack?

Help currently having a anxiety attack I hope I was sitting suddently started getting a nasty taste in my mouth along with tingling in my tongue and hands. Chest tightens I don't know why... this nasty taste in my mouth is freaking me out

What kind of nasty taste? Like a metallic kind of taste? Tingling like pins and needles is normal for anxiety and I now have the tingling in my tongue since reading your post lol. Tight chest, finding it hard to breathe, lightheadedness/dizziness, nausea, flashes through your body and many more are all symptoms of anxiety. If you are really worried go see your doctor to reassure yourself that you are ok.
