Anxiety and panic attacks

Hi

I am new to this but suffer with really bad anxiety and panic attacks and have done for over 20 years. Having a particular bas time at the moment and so fed up with it

well at the moment driving and being out, but Ive got to go to work and get on, just want to be at home where I feel safe

I suffer from Reactive Depression and have a Chronic Disability and always in pain. Some days i just feel the need to sit inside and not see anyone as I panic so I can understand

oh it is so horrible, and the worst thing you can do is try and fight it because it just gets worse, I just don't want to feel this way anymore

Hi Vicky I'm at home now thinking can't get a deep breath it's really frightening I'm on tablets but just want to get bk to normal afraid even to go outside I pray to God is sufferers get well soon God bless

I know exactly how you feel. I've been trying to listen to meditation for helping with panic attacks and anxiety every day at least once. I'm hoping it will eventually click into place
