Trees, I just got an email from MAYO Clinic regarding "Drinking Water"
I will post it shortly....but I found something that may help you with the muscle soreness and the spasms.
Drinking a glass of water before bed can help prevent leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and you wake up with a Charlie Horse.
Muscle soreness is from holding yourself tense in an "on guard" position through most of the day. Using relaxation techniques and hydrating can help those muscle calm down and function more efficiently.

The ruminating thoughts are going to be a matter of retraining. From "I'm scared" to "I can handle this" from "I'm going to die" to "I've got this" and nothing is going to take my control away. I'm in charge of my life. I am not alone. I have the comfort of the forum to walk by my side. Embrace those good days that you had during the holidays. When negative thoughts come along, visualize baking cookies, setting up the tree and just feeling good about yourself. x
