I a not sure medication is the answer but I am struggling to do it on my own. Even the thought of getting to the doctor, never mind sitting for ages in a crowded waiting room fills me with dread. How do others manage. The health system is so stretched in the UK, so I appreciate everywhere is different.
Anybody who has overcome this major hurdle has my admiration.

I ask myself that question alot. How am I going to get there when its an hr drive then waiting room etc. Mixed with they going to find xyz wrong then send to hospital and bam i'm in panic cycle.
I was in the same boat tried to handle on my own with essential oils meditation breathing wasn't working but I was agoraphobic how was I going to travel to the doctor sit there ugh but I finally made the appointment I needed help!! I just kept telling myself it's a couple hours out of your life that might just give you back yourself. It was incredibly hard!! But I'm so glad I did it!
Very courageous. Well done. I set daily targets and trade offs. In that if I don't manage to do something I must do the other. Seems to work most days although every day is still an ordeal
It's still a journey and in sure I have a long road but I'm glad I'm now walking it! Hope the best for you, remember your stronger than you think you are!
