This headache of mines is making me nervous.

Been going on since yesterday. I think it was brought on by negative thoughts cause' I was about to suffer an anxiety attack, idk.

But it's coming from the back of my head and spreading to the front, I felt that I am going to have a seizure or head is going to explode. Or something to do with my blood pressure, I'm young so why I am focus on that.

Anyways, I thought it would go away but it's getting worse when I think about it. Even when I get up it hurts and I lay down it hurts a bit but throb on the right side of my head.

Ugh, sorry if this confuse anyone. I'm just worried and need to go to the ER to rule out a parasite or something sinister. Idk.

Hi deesmilesx3, Hey Chicago Girl....our weather today certainly could prompt a headache. Yours sounds more like a tension pain coming from the back of the head, spreading to the front. The muscles get tight and clamp down causing the pain. Usually when I becomes one sided with a bit of a throb it could have gone into a migraine type pain.

I wouldn't think you have a parasite, the chances are so low. As for something more sinister? You have your young age being on your side. Have you taken anything for pain? Over the counter medication may help. Let us know how it goes. xx

Hey! You will be fine I am here for you. It might just be a tension headache. Maybe take a nice warm bath and put on some meditation music and try to relax. I have those from time to time when I extremely stressed or nervous about something.
