And about time too ... I’ve recently been focused on trying to tackle the severity of my ankle.
I don’t like the idea of being medicated so I’ve found an alternative ... yoga 🧘♀️
Each night I complete just a 40 minute yoga session.
I’ve also recently joined a slimming group and lost 2 stone.
My anxiety seems to be under control at the minute with support also from cognitive behavioural therapy sessions!
Things are looking up !
