yes i know exactly what youre talking about! i hate it and can never eat without having a drink close by. its very weird and annoying
Yes I wound up in the emergency room several times as I thought I was suffocating. It finally improved when I went on Lexapro. I would only eat "safe foods" which tended to be carbohydrates. Some meats. No seasonings. I felt these tiny little green bits like oregano and parsley and cilantro would cause me a reaction. Even though I've had them several times before. Even now I sometimes avoid certain foods but i am much better overall.
I have the same problem sometimes, I also feel like I'm going to choke when I swallow. X
