So I made some rice to have with dinner tonight and it turned to be chewy and a little hard in the middle so my dumb self googled to see if it's ok to eat rice that has a little hardness and it said it can make you sick. So now after I've had dinner I'm freaking out a little. Does it mean I undercooked the rice? Is it bad?
Any advice? Has it happened to you before

Try to look at it another way, a different perspective, you say that you've eaten some slightly undercooked rice and you've freaked out. Right now in sub-Saharan Africa there are people who would give their right arm for a bowl of that rice.
Sorry not to sound rude but I don't see how your comment would be helpful. Months ago your comment would have triggered anxiety, I can't help what will trigger me. There are millions of problems in the world that are going on. Believe me I know, I've brought myself down thinking of all the kids with cancer, people living with chronic pain, and the people with bigger problems while I'm here worrying about something I shouldn't but I can't help it, I have my own mental battles on a daily. I've chosen to share my worries with others no matter how big or small because for one, it'll help me to look back on one, or two it'll help someone else if they come across one of my posts and see that they'll be ok. Because that's what helps me; looking back on others posts

Sorry, but sometimes it really is good to see one's own problems in relation to the broader picture. Logic can help to bring us back to the balanced view that we all seek.
I know from previous posts that you suffer from many of the symptoms of anxiety disorder which you regularly describe in detail. I can't recall any remedies you're pursuing.
