So I freaked out at work. I looked at my Apple Watch and saw 51 bpm. Which sent me into a panic because that’s low for me. It shot up to 186 bpms. So I Left work. Got home took an Ativan and I still can’t calm down. I can usually stop the cycle but today I can’t and my chest is really tight. I know it’s anxiety but I’m freaking out!

take off the watch.
I agree with Indigojoe, maybe it's not a good idea to wear the watch because that is going to trigger your anxiety. Take it off for some time.
Bin the watch. Like me it will make you obsess about your heart rate.
Oh no.. I agree with the rest of the opinions. Lose the watch. What you don’t know won’t bother you. Try for a better day tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. I took it off last night and I don’t plan on wearing it today. It will drive me mad checking it today to see where I am at. I’m just hoping I don’t have any dizzy spells to send my mind racing.
