Eat lots of fruits. They will give your body natural sugars and keep you hydrated, drink lots of water and try to eat as many vegetables as you can, you need to give your body healthy natural foods. you can also try soup, jello, light foods will be good until you can get your appetite back, make sure you take vitamins to compensate for the foods your not eating.
My meds take my appetite away. I like simple things like oatmeal, toast, cereal, bagels etc. I can force it down to take with my meds. I gained weight and eat less. Trying to get off these meds! I think it is more of a personal preference. I like things that aren’t so heavy on my stomach. Even saltine crackers are good in a pinch. The more you like it the easier it will be to get down. Walnuts, cashews, nuts etc are all also good healthy options.
