Unsure certain symptoms are anxiety

So I definitely have anxiety. However I'm just not convinced all my symptoms are anxiety related. I have the chest pain on a daily basis on and off amongst other symptoms. What's bothering me though is the chest pain is worse when I'm cold or when I bend over. How can that be related to anxiety? Also yesterday I was having a pretty good day. Went xmas shopping, came home. Then went back to the supermarket later on. Still fine. Then out of nowehere the chest started getting tight. Full blown panic attack. I was having a good day then anxiety decided to say nope not today.

I’ve learned over time that mine is muscular. Came to this conclusion after physical therapy, massages, and chiropractic. Definitely hurts more on movement which is actually good!!!(not cardiac). The way it’s related is through tensing muscles when stressed. You will hardly realize it as it happens..it’s afterwards you pay the price. Tensing the shoulders up is the biggest culprit, pulling all of those muscles upwards. I found my ears to my shoulders a lot!!! Once I learned to relax my shoulders it made a world of difference. I can now tell when I’m getting tense by the muscle pain before I even realize I’m stressed.

Yeh I'm starting to think alot of mine is muscular. I do slouch alot and never really relax my shoulders. I'm thinking seeing someone would do me the world of good
