Hi again. I can't be the only one who notices certain specific psychological (?) traits that only come around during bad nerves.
The ones I'd like to point out is that unnecessary fear that plagues some mornings. I know what's happening but it's still bewildering and unpleasant. I start to manifest that feeling into the fear of being alone. I know when my nerves are well being alone isn't something that bothers me to that extent of feeling dread, so it must be the nerves?
Can anyone relate?

When I'm anxious I can think of a million different things to be scared of that would normally never even occur to me. I know that feeling of dread very well. And anxiety makes me hate being alone because I don't feel safe. I know exactly how you feel. (:
Hi there and thank you for replying. Do you have any idea why we are sensitive to Thoughts and feelings when we are nervous? I find it fascinating but irritating. Do you have tips on getting rid of the dread factor? Hope you're doing well.
Hey Clarita. I have the same issue you're describing. What has helped me to understand it better are the books by Dr. Claire Weekes. I prefer the audiobooks - look her up! She was quite ahead of her time regarding what she called 'nervous illness'.
Hello Jay. Thanks for the words. Indeed I've been a student of Claire Weekes for 5 years now. Her brilliant intelligence has carried me through some of the worst. I don't know where many of us would be without her. While there's benefits to knowing what's going on, it gets tiring to have it there day after day. Hope you're doing well.
Exactly Jay! It's that much harder doing it alone as I find myself at the moment but I've been here before and I will get back to my normal self again as I'm sure we all will. Lovely to meet you too!
