Last week I find no other way of releasing anxiety other than crying , I thought it would help , but I cried for like 20 minutes it ended me made feel so worse like all my energy was drained .

Crying is like a last resort, at least in my experience. If you had anyone you can talk to, a friend, family member, or a professional even, try telling them what's troubling you. They may be able to provide some insight on your situation.

I totally get that, like my parents always sort of disregard my problems when I bring them up or they just tell me that I'm just trying to feel sorry for myself, so I just rant to my friends, or occasionally talk about my feelings with my teachers (as weird as that sounds) they are actually really nice
