Anxiety back with a vengeance

Been 2 yrs of anxiety suffering but was starting to cope with things a bit better but here I am back to feeling ill again Been getting severe dizziness and feeling like I’m not even on this planet. Horrible feeling that gets me so down. Anyone recommend anything herbal to try before I even go down the antidepressant root?

Hi lyns sorry to see your having such problems as anxiety as youve found out can go away then return leaving you exhausted ! Regards trying herbal remedies i would hold off that and go and see your doctor and get a definitive diagnosis that way you can get the correct treatmant dont be scared of antidepressants they can better than doing nothing at all ive been on several antidepressants overtime yes ive had problems with some of them but i grateful for them or i doubt i could manage ! The dizzy spells could be high blood pressure so thats another reason to go to your doctor and get a check up ! I hope you get well soon god bless david

Every time I go to doctors and mention dizziness they just say well u do suffer with anxiety and don’t really check much. Wish they could understand me a bit more on how I’m feeling. They have given me sertraline twice but I still won’t take them as I have a fear of the side effects
