Head feels fuzzy

Doesn anyone get it when there head just feels fuzzy/bubbly? Its hard to explain but it just doesnt feel normal and your eyes feel so tired there like small and feel like there just going to shut

Me too. Like my eyes are being pulled shut. My eyes go really small. To the point where people actually point out how tired I look 👀 xxxx

I had this happen yesterday, I knew it was anxiety, but the sensations made the anxiety worse of course. Though it's always comforting when you see others have the same symptom, then you can relax a bit more, knowing its definitely anxiety, and not some horrible disease or problem.
