So I know it’s TMI but I I just had my period on nov 24/29 & now just started it again , this is my first time having it this early before , I’m thinking it came early because of been having such a stressful week with the holidays coming up & fighting with my bf & sister & as well fighting with my anxiety !! , has anyone else had this before ?? Any other woman got this too?:(

Yeah there’s been moments where my period came on early . I was stressing over something myself lol then there was a time where my period came late because of stress. I believe anxiety disorder does affect the hormones .

Hi thank you for the reply , t wasn’t showing me that you responded but now it does lol, and yes I’ve been trying to stay really calm but still a little stressed because now I’m not really bleeding it was only bleeding when I used the washroom but I’m hopping I either bleed like a normal period or imma have to get it checked

Hmmm ..i think still could be stress affecting it, my opinion 🙊. If you feel like something up with your cycle , yes don’t hesitate to call your dr :)

Mmmm believe it or not but stress and anxiety dhould have the opposite effect on period cycle.. usually when you stress it can make your period not come for a little bit longer

Although im no girl ive had to google what causes “late” periods before and stress was number one..

Ok, the 11th Commandment is : THou shalt not Google. Call MD.

If this is really bothering you, check with your gyn. For ages, people have tried to place the changes in moods, concerns, and women's body functions on stress or "that time of the month." Our endocrinology is rather complex and sometimes just does something different, no more than that. Other times there can be something that needs to be checked out by your gyn. Don't get anxious over this. decide what you want to do and follow through. You'll feel much better if you know what is actually going on.

Yep! My last two periods have come on directly after two really awful panics attacks. They arrived the morning after and were earlier than anticipated but i also think that the anxiety had brought them on earlier. Stress for me has definitely thrown out my cycles.
