So for the last couple of weeks I been having problems with my heart it’s only at night. Well sometimes when I’m falling to sleep I get the feeling of cant breath and I wake up. But if I ignore it I’m able to sleep. Now I’m noticing my heart beat in my neck and I also am hearing it in my ear has anyone had this or am I got some kind of heart problem?

I get this at night notice my heartbeat, can feel it in my ears, under my armpit, neck, in my knees. I think it’s just anxiety but no harm getting checked out.

Hey Mari, your symptoms sound to me like classic anxiety. I have experienced the same, but add to it a racing heart, and also only at night. I also get a feeling like I can't breathe right, then I notice my heart doing it's thing. It is not a cardiac issue, I think it's our hearts responding to adrenaline. It's so weird how for us it happens only at night. For me, it's isually 1am-3am, but thankfully less often here lately, only about once/wk. just don't fear it. It's only a feeling, you won't stop breathing, and anxious people often hear their hearts beating at night. Just say to yourself, who cares if I can hear my heart, good, I'm glad it's beating.
