Does anyone does not get enough sleep but still try to do tasks and it feels like you’re going to have a panic attack or shortness of breath but when you lay down your body feels a little bit better and it feel as though you should take a nap ??????

Sounds like me. Cant remember the last good nights sleep i had. The worse i sleep the worse my anxiety is. Makes every day tasks hard. Cant even nap in the day lately. x
Hi, Yeah I get this a lot. I haven’t had a decent sleep in a while. Us anxiety sufferers always have good intentions with early bedtimes etc but it never really works out does it? Ugh. I totally can relate. And yes it’s a huge task to do anything productive most days because anxiety makes our body feel so drained and uncomfortable. Don’t worry just do bits at a time with rest in between

I have tried lots of things before turning to medication to knock out the anxiety and get the sleep I need.
Yep . Relaxation & sleep is key. you mentioned naps in the afternoon & that helps.
Probably everyone! Our bodies need sleep and when they don’t get it they act out. Take that nap! Sleep is so important for everything!
