Anyone here with vertigo

I woke up out of a deep sleep dizzy disoriented and very off balanced..... Im still shaky and scared and this happened 10 hours ago .... I just got sick to my stomach just now out of nowhere and threw up... Could this be lingering affects of a vertigo attack

It could be, it could also be anxiety that caused you to throw up. Have your thrown up more than the one time?

My wife had a severe vertigo attack. She couldn't even stand. at the ER they gave meclizine 25mg and she was fine in an hour. That was her first attack and has not had any reacourances since. They gave her a script for this med but she never needed it.

I officially have the stomach flu.... This is what triggered the vertigo attack yesterday I think
