Do any of you suffer from this,, its been coming on strong lately, havent really had much anxiety at all, just here and there but not like I was. Had my yearly follow up with dr last week, and told her about it. She put me on perscription Claritin to see if it would help, so far dont think it is.

Yes exactly I get the same way. At times even feels like the whole earth is moving around me but no one else can feel it. I cant even look up at the sky withouth getting dizzy.
So it's not brought on by movement? If it is, did your doc check for nystagmus? You could have dislodged crystals in your inner ear. If it's not brought on by movement then it could be anxiety. Interesting that she prescribed Claritin. I have a sneaking suspicion that the dizzy spells I've had the last 3 years that have always started in the spring might be an allergic reaction to pollen. I have read of this possibility but docs I talk to say no way. Please let us know how you progress with the Claritin I'm very interested in your outcome.
I must say on the claritin I have noticed a slight difference and if I dont take it for a few days (im forgetful) then boom here come the dizzy spells. Also does happen with movements especially when i'm looking to my right or up at the sky while walking. She mentioned the crystals and said she would see how I do with this then take it from there, and something about physical therapy if it doesnt go away.
Yes vestibular therapy. I did that. Can't say it really did much for me other than give me a feeling of empowerment. It may work out better for you though so definitely try it if you don't get better. Which I hope you do! Get better, that is...😉
If it is crystals then it's bppv benign positional vertigo and epley maneuvers will help to get the crystals back in place. I suffered from this in 2016 and dizziness during the day. For the daytime dizziness they gave me meclazine. But at night I would try to sit up or roll over in bed and the rooms would start spinning one way and my insides my brain rather felt like I was spinning the opposite direction and like I was falling through the sky. If I tried to sit up I'd fall right over and my little one would grab me and hold on to me. I went several nights like this and fear stroke and went to ER and had a great dr who did the epley maneuver on me and sat me up and over I went and he was able to diagnose right away and he did the maneuver again and I felt better and I had to continue to do this by myself at home and it took awhile but I did get better from that.
Didn't have anxiety or panic then either. Now I do started last year out of no where so I fear they are missing something.
Do you ever feel a sensation when you stop your car you are still moving backwards? I will push my breaks and put it in park thinking I am still moving and it looks like it but I am not. Scary.
Whenever I get bouts of anxiety, dizziness is one of the symptoms. When the anxiety passes so does the dizziness so I know it’s nothing to do with my ears. Hope it’s the same for you x
At first thought anxiety, but I havent really been to anxious, I have had a few head colds since last sept so shes going with inner ear fluid and something about crystals. Its an awful feeling.
I have BPPV and with certain movement I get extreme dizzy spells that make me feel like I am about to pass out. There are exercises that they can show you how to do that help tremendously.
I suffer from imbalance issues - some times when walking but most of the time if I am sat at my desk. Absolutely fine whilst driving though or when I am distracted with work. I also get headaches and tinnitus with restricted movement of the neck due to pain for the last year or so. It could either be anxiety causing all o the symptoms (I do have bouts of health anxiety) but it could also be Cervicogenic headaches.
