Vertigo

Hi. i Have been dealing with health anxiety and panic attacks for over 4 yrs now. I'm constantly off balance and just feel wierd. My latest thing is i think vertigo. I woke up at 330 am and was dizzy. I couldn't focus on anything. My eyes were jiggly. I haven't went to the dr. Has anyone else felt this way or know what this could be? It is scary

It can be very difficult to get GP to listen if you think it is B12 - they have a lot of misconceptions about what B12 deficiency actually is and what it does to you. If you think it is a possibility then I'd suggest joining the PAS forum.

I experience vertigo each day to varying degrees. This week has not ben good. My whole body seems to tense up in response then my legs feel weak and tremble. I get so tired. I try to continue to do things, tasks but it's difficult. Tension in my neck, jaw and across my nose. I think this upsets my balance mechanism. Worthwhile getting B12 checked. Mine was fine a couple of years back but maybe I should check again. I think it's a difficult symptom to ignore or accept, although this is probably the answer.

Go to doctor asap. U may have high/low blood pressure n i wud also recommend eye test. R u on meds for anything at the mo? It cud also mean u have an allergic reaction to something.

Not on meds. And when i went to the neurologist last and my primary blood pressure was good.

Last time i had this episode was sep of last yr. If it was blood pressure prob would it be so sporatic like that??

Yes i do everyday still dealing with till now
