Went to take a walk to the store eveeything was feeling fine out of no where my heart was beating irrigular thought i was going to drop dead like it paused and i grabbed my chest and try to calm down then continue walking then it happen again ehat can it be scared the hell out of me now im home and im a bit scared of something happening i cant deal with this i feel like something is wrong with my heart.

Hi Johnnie, sorry you're having these feelings about your heart again. I know it worries you, but think about this for a minute. You have had your heart checked out by doctors and it's fine. Maybe if you try to remember that when your anxiety hits, you may be able to calm yourself and how you're feeling. I'm sorry you have these episodes and hope tomorrow is a better day.
