Hey calm down I got the same thing for 20 years now it sucks but just remember. It want kill u and there's nothing wrong rember that
If I'm not mistaken it's called depersinalization. It's not dangerous in any possible way. I've had it occasionally at certain moments what I usually did was either pinch my cheek or run water on my hand. 70bpm is not bad in any way. Mine is usually 65 but then I can get it to 75 and I feel fine. Remember everything you feel is just for a moment. It won't kill you or hurt you,it'll be just uncomfortable. Good luck.
I know the feeling. It does sound like depersonalisation. Whilst it is a horrible symptom of anxiety, it will pass. I have it every now and again, especially after a particularly stressful time. It eases if you tend not to take a lot of notice of it and try not to focus on it.
As for your heart rate, mine goes anywhere between 60-105 bpm. Whilst it is also unnerving, it again is most probably a symptom of anxiety. I hope you feel better soon.
I've never suffered depersonalisation, other than a couple of very mild symptoms. I have suffered anxiety most of my life though. My heart rate has at times reached 160 bpm so 70 really is nothing to worry about unless you have a heart condition. I'm not putting down your anxiety. Anxiety of any form is truly horrible. I'm certain you'll be ok. If you ever feel very distressed see your doctor.
Yeaa panic attacks are the worst anxiety constantly makes me feel I'll it's been 6 months so far
I'm so sorry you are suffering with anxiety. I too have bouts of that and it is truly awful. I manage mine with hypnosis and meditation. Being quiet and calm really helps and remember it will pass. Your heart rate seems pretty normal to me. Try some breathing exercises. Lots of apps available with soothing noise/voices. Try a few and find something that calms you. I know I might sound like a nut but honestly i'm not. I didn't want medical intervention and my doc was just ready to pump me with beta blockers. No thanks, so i manage it my way. It really helps to take control. Good luck. Hope you feel better and calmer soon. ☺
