Hi Antony123, it sounds like an over abundance of adrenaline. It can come from stress as well as an excitement about something in your life. Anticipation of an upcoming event sometimes just the time of the year gets more hectic can cause that feeling.
During the last 3-4 days, it would have helped to allow some quiet time for your mind and body to calm down. Deep Breathing, meditation anything relaxing for about 10 minutes of the day.
Foods and drink can also cause more adrenaline. Any type of sugar substitute, MSG, Caffeine etc all can bring up the adrenaline levels in your system.
You can literally rid yourself of the butterflies by deep breathing them away. It can be beneficial if you learn how to do this correctly so that it is at your disposal in a moment's notice. Hereby not giving them a chance to escalate. You are certainly not alone with the butterflies.
