Hi Isaack, I always feel like I am going to faint and when it passes I continue to feel dizzy and lightheaded. I am struggling with this for few months already and doctors are saying it is stress and anxiety. Please let me know if you find a solution to your problem. I am tired of this and I don't know what to do.

Me too... It comes out of no where. Do you get a fullness in your ears?

I get this and it scares me but I guess it's ok because I don't ever faint. When I get that feeling I put an ice pack on the back of my neck for a little bit and if possible, lay down with feet up or sit down and put my head in between my legs. Hope this helps.

I wanted to add- yes I get ear fullness and sometimes a ringing and loss of hearing. It's one of the anxiety symptoms that really are scary for me.

Okay thank you. I thought I was either going crazy or going to faint. Does ice really help

Yes ice helps. You can splash cold water on your face as well.

I take 0.5 mg of xanax I cut it in half though for awhile so I won't have to move up in mg

It does help alot..... But you have to be careful with it. Or you'll just keep going up on mgs. Best to stay low

I get the same thing! But not very often. Does you feel like there's pressure aswell?

Yeah pressure in my ears. It feels like my ears are stuffed with stuff

Sounds like allergies. I'd ask a ears nose and throat specialist what to do. I'm thinking about talking to one.

I have full ears most of time, scary feeling plus pulsating tinnitus!

Nothing can help, but when is worse I have more anxiety, tightness in my throat too so overall not nice feeling in my head! Take care x
