So now that I have an Apple Watch, I have been able to keep a better eye on my heart rate. It’s been so helpful to me especially dealing with anxiety. I can even monitor my sleep. I’m able to identify when I’m not sleeping well due to anxiety in my sleep.
My first week I said whoa I’m not sure if this is good seeing my pulse going up to 131 bpm, And I’m not on a treadmill. But now I am managing in so many ways.
Does anyone else have a similar story from using smart devices? And how they help you benefit?

I have a Fitbit that I use even though I do check my heartbeat all the time so maybe not a positive as I keep worrying it’s high when it’s over 100bpm but average is 76bpm so that’s not bad.
