Hi all. What a wonderful supportive place. I don’t post a lot but visit the site a lot. I have been doing rather well coping with my anxiety on a daily basis using Claire Weekes cutting down on coffee and drinking a lot of water. I still struggle in certain health areas. I have greatly limited my diet thinking I have food sensitivities and am afraid to add foods back in. I am also afraid to take new supplements or meds for fear of an allergic reaction.
I currently have been suffering a cold that has turned into a sinus infection. I have tried everything natural to cure it but think I am going to go the antibiotic route and am fighting anxiety. Any ideas or help would be appreciated?

Hi there. Have you visited your doctor about food sensitivities? I have IBS and food sensitivities also and it creates a lot of anxiety. I am also on the IBS forum. Meditating and Epsom salts in bath work for me to relax. Counselling is a good step forward. I would also recommend the book Anxiety Panicking about Panic by Justin Fletcher. X
I have visited my doc about food sensitivities. She doesn’t feel that food is causing me problems but more likely Lyme. I think I may try counseling. I have been wanting to for sling time but my husband is kind of against it. I don’t think he understands how much this affects my life or I should just be able to deal with it. I will check into the book . Thanks
Do what's best for you I have found counselling the best thing I did for myself. Can you get tested for Lyme? I think keeping a diary helps to try and identify triggers x
I tested positive for Lyme about a year ago. I also have hashimoto disease and adrenal fatigue. I made an appt with a councilor for next Friday. Thanks for the nudge.
