Hello Again...
I started uni in september living away from home, obviously this was very stressful as you can imagine but i was dealing with it quite well considering and had my anxiety under control enough to cope however last week i was really unwell and even though im better now it seems to have sent my anxiety through the roof again which feels like ive taken steps backwards.finding it hard to attend my classes which is stressing me out even more because i had time off last week due to my cold!
Im going to chat with my tutors tomorrow but was after any tips on regaining control/Sanity!?
