I absolutely hate physical symptoms!! I am beyond exhausted and laying here wide awake because I can't stop focusing in on what feels off!! I did however just talk myself down from a panic attack! Something that I have never been able to do in my 11 years with panic disorder! ! I really think therapy is working. As proud as I am anybody have any tips or tricks to aid in falling asleep and distracting themselves from All the physical symptoms?? T.I.A❤️
