Had a bad dream. :(

Coming with another problem that's causing me anxiety to not sleep. I took a nap in the afternoon and had a bad dream that I was having a seizure. It wasn't real cause I was in a different setting but woke up and start to catch my breath. I'm so sorry if I am not making any sense.

That dream was scary.
