Dream: Anyone been feeling like they r in a... - Anxiety Support
Dream
Yes... me for over 9 weeks and it's hell
Try a year. The only way it goes is when you forget it x
Oh I know about a year plus. I dealt with this as a teen without any medication and I don't even know how I did that. I know it took a year and some to snap out of it. My family thought I was going insane. Now fast forward to adult me (36 years old) and I thought about that day 9 weeks ago and all of a sudden started getting the same symptoms. Now I'm here stuck. I had some good days lately after taking magnesium but it needs to go away complelgy. It's driving me insane!
It does go sometimes but makes you feel like your going to faint xx
When you look around don't you think everything looks weird
Everything looks weird and intense and if I start to freak out I will go into tunnel vision and panic attack and then that really feels like my soul left my body and I'm looking at myself. The brain is an ass
Yeah same I can look around my living room now and I think it looks strange. Always thought I had a brain tumour
Mail me I dunno how xx
Yes a few weeks back it was constant for me
Try over a year xx
Not good, had it over about 3 months, horrible dizzyness and light headed all the time
You don't look like the type. Where you from
Exactly the same. It goes a little if your busy but 24/7 most of the time
Do you look around your room and think it looks strange x
Sometimes it felt like it I had trouble recognising people
That just started for me...doctors claim its allergies but I have NO sinus issues...?? Its an awful feeling!
THIS sucks big time
It gets worse when your anxiety is bad
If you keep having panic attacks and anxiety it gets worse because the brain shuts down to protect you. You have to relax. And go to the doctors to get medication for that anxiety panic and then you will get better.
Sounds like signs of typical depression to me, are you taking any medication?
