Really bad anxiety please help

Anyone else most of the time find it hard to breathe? Like its hard to take a breath most of the time I can't even take a breath... And also chest pains I have them quite a lot but they last a few minutes And then go but at times they can last like an hour... I've had a few tests al normal but I have arrythmia and tachycardia ... Also if you have chest anxiety symptoms how do they feel? And do you get arm and jaw pain like me to is it normal I'm never anxious tho And when I am anxious all I get is the weird breathing nothing else help please

You did the right thing going to have those tests and at least you have the reassurance this brings. With heartbeat irregularities it must be hard for doctors to decide whether it's physical or anxiety so there's a possibility that yours are anxiety inspired. When you have anxiety disorder it doesn't mean that you have to feel anxious all the time and it's quite creative in the symptoms it can dream up.

If your breathing problem persists and you haven't talked to your doctor about it maybe have a word with him or her. But as with all the symptoms of anxiety the more you concentrate on some aspect of bodily disfunction and the more we obsess about it the more real and noticeable it becomes.It's what's called too much introspection. So maybe just accept the breathing difficulty and chest pain for the time being, don't attach so much importance to it and truly accept it. And maybe you'll find some day soon that you go a whole day and forgot about the breathing problem and you actually breathed fine.
