I'm lost

Woke up in the hospital, had a motorcycle accident and honestly I don't remember anything didn't even know what day it was plus i hate motorcycles. Someone posted a video on Facebook obviously it was me but it wasn't me i think im going crazy

A broken arm and knee but im good. Im seeing a new psychiatrist on Monday

justcallanxiety, I just saw this post now. I am so sorry you are in the hospital. I know you must be scared but you are safe and in a setting where you can be helped. My thoughts are with you. We all support you, you are not alone. x
