Breast dimple

Hello 2 weeks ago I noticed a small perhaps dimple on my left breast. I have been nursing for a year and over the past few months have had pain in that breast. Always blamed the nursing. But this dimple is new. I have a mammogram booked. I'm only 25. Has anyone else suffered with breast pain in 1 breast with anxiety or have had a dimple and was fine?

I haven’t had a dimple. But suffered with left Breast pain under my breast and the top of it. I think mine is stress as well as bra causing it and causing my muscles to tense up in that area. Good thing your being safe and getting checked out and good luck.
